I’m carrying my next design around in my pocket but also unsure of where to go. I think I may go to River City on Boulevard.

I’d recommend 702 Tattoo or Salvation. Both places have web sites.

I don’t have any RVA suggestions, but I loved Acme Tattoo in C’Ville.
